Tokina warrants this closed circuit video equipment when purchased new to be free
from defects in material and workmanship. Tokina will repair or replace, at Tokina's
option, any closed circuit video equipment, which under the proper conditions of
installation and use exhibits such defects. However, the product must be returned
properly packed, transportation prepaid, along with proof of purchase to Tokina.
The warranty shall apply as indicated below from date of purchase by original user.

In no event shall Tokina be liable for special, indirect, incidental or consequential
damages; the original user's remedies being limited to repair or replacement.
TOKINA MAKES NO FURTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY.
Caution: Be sure to pack the equipment carefully. Damage during shipment if not
adequately packed, is the owner's responsibility. Please ship the defective unit
prepaid. Unit will be returned prepaid unless out of warranty and not to be repaired.
