Tokina Extends its Range of Varifocals with a New 10-120mm
Tokina Industrial Inc. is introducing the TVR1016DC, its new, extended range varifocal
with a focal length of 10-120mm for ‡ÅEand 1/3ÅECCD cameras.
With the addition of the new lens, Tokina now boasts a line of varifocals with one of
the longest ranges on the market today.
The C-Mount lens has a maximum aperture of F1.6-2.2, an Aperature Range of F1.6-360 and
a Back Focus Length of 12.658-21.732mm. Tokina is releasing the new lens in a DC auto
iris version.
The TVR1O16DC, like the complete line of Tokina CCTV lenses, boasts superior lens coatings
to enhance the video imagery and metal barrel fabrication in the lens design. Tokina is one
of the last manufacturers to offer metal barrel fabrication.
The TVR1O16DC is a perfect addition to Tokina's Varifocals Plus series and ideal for long
range views. For instance, if security demands a head shot from 100 yards away this would
be the perfect lens.
